Colorado Analytical Laboratory Is Now Part of SPL

Colorado clients keep the local team they know, now backed by SPL’s national laboratory network.

COMMERCE CITY, Colo., Effective Sept 19, 2025. Colorado Analytical Laboratory, an environmental testing laboratory based in Commerce City, is now part of SPL, a national provider of environmental and energy laboratory testing, measurement, and data services. The acquisition took effect September 19, 2025.

Colorado customers continue to receive the responsive service and environmental testing expertise they rely on. They also gain access to SPL’s broader laboratory network, expanded analytical capabilities, and additional resources.

Together, Colorado Analytical Laboratory and SPL strengthen environmental laboratory services for clients throughout Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region. The Commerce City team keeps its focus where clients need it: accurate, defensible data and dependable service.
